D. Usage Restrictions - No reselling as white-label or PLR - No unauthorized distribution - No sharing before certification - No modification of original content - No transfer of rights

4. NO-REFUND POLICY In accordance with Virginia law regarding digital content and immediate access: a) All sales are final b) No refunds after purchase c) Immediate access constitutes service delivery d) Digital nature of content prevents returns e) Acceptance of this policy required for enrollment
